Hello! I'm Ellen. My journey to becoming a top-rated Virtual Assistant (VA) has been nothing short of an adventure. With a Degree in Accountancy, I began my career as an accounting assistant. Over time, I climbed the ladder to become an Accounting Supervisor and eventually a Virtual Assistant.

For the past 13 years, I've been a dedicated freelancer on Upwork, starting with minimal and part-time projects. Six years ago, I landed a significant project that allowed me to transition into a full-time freelancer. My corporate experience spans various roles in accounting/bookkeeping and customer service through phone, chat, and email. I've worked in diverse industries, including management and consultancy, non-profit organizations, architectural and engineering, web design, publications, eCommerce, music/radio broadcasting, agriculture, real estate, and recreational services.

As a freelancer, I've tackled numerous projects such as data entry, lead generation, research and writing, online marketing, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, retail store management, accounting/bookkeeping, and product research. Recently, my focus has been on providing virtual assistance for eCommerce websites, real estate/property management, and the life/medical science industry.

In my free time, I cherish moments with my daughter and indulge in reading and watching documentaries and films. My favorite genres are mystery, action, and sci-fi. I'm currently honing my marketing skills to expand my service offerings. Additionally, I am aspiring to build a network of VAs and offer VA classes for aspiring virtual assistants.
